Some pupils prefer to simply play for fun, but many also choose to work towards a variety of accredited qualifications.

Over the past 12 months over 30 pupils have taken exams at a variety of graded levels for guitar, bass guitar and drums.
Currently, John's pupil pass rate is 100%, with over three quarters of those passing being awarded either merit or distinction marks.
This includes 8 pupils completing their grade 8 exams and one passing a grade 2 drums with an overall mark of 97%.
